Masahiko Morioka is Deputy President of OKI Data Corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. He is responsible for formulating managerial policies as well as implementing an integrated global strategy over sales and marketing across 120 regions. OKI Data Corporation, which markets its products under the OKI Printing Solutions brand, is a leading provider of innovative products, services, and solutions including color and monochrome digital printers, serial impact dot matrix printers, fax machines and multifunction products.

Morioka also serves as Executive Officer at Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd., OKI Data Corporation’s parent company.

Morioka recently served as General Manager, Sales Planning Division at Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. where he had executive control over the corporate business and financial planning for product sales. In this position, he reviewed and evaluated corporate procedures and policies to accommodate the company’s global business goals.

Morioka joined Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. in Japan in 1981, and has held numerous positions within the semiconductor business. He has experience in strategic planning, sales and, marketing as well as numerous management positions such as General Manager, Sales and Marketing of Semiconductor Business Group from 2003 to 2005 and them, promoted to President of Semiconductor Business Group from 2005 to 2008. Prior to the appointment of OKI Data Corporation, he has taken a position as General Manager of Business Development at Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. responsible for all sales and marketing within the OKI Group.

Raised in Tokyo, Morioka graduated from Keio University, Japan in 1981, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mathematical Physics.

Morioka is currently based in Chiba, Japan.
