Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd, the company that gave rise to OKI Printing Solutions, was established in 1881. Oki Electric provided - and still provides to this day - quality products, technologies and solutions for telecommunication, information systems and electronic devices. It was the first telecommunications manufacturer in Japan. Today, Oki Electric has consolidated annual revenue of $6.5 billion and employs 21,000 people worldwide.

Oki Electric manufactures multi-media networks, voice over internet protocol, key telephone systems, radio network systems, optical components, LSIs for mobile communications, microcomputers, Bluetooth and production programmable memories.
